Phaser 780 "Black Toner Missing"

Hi Everyone,
I have 2 printer to work on and they have the same failure : "Black Toner Missing" 1 Phaser 780 and 1 QMS 330, they boath have the same engine, I have replace the toner but they still have the same problems, I have seen that other have the same problem, but haven´t found a solution, I hope that there is someone who has found a souluion.

We had the same problem with a 780. I believe the problem was a result of transporting the printer with the toner cartridges installed. Most likely the vibration during the move, or other handling shook some toner on to a sensor and prevented it from sensing the installed cartridge. A good cleaning fixed the problem.
