Phaser 780 Jam at C,D cannot clear no paper is stuck

I just got a used phaser 780 but it is missing it's fuser handle door lever. After unsticking the fuser assembly, someone stuck an aol cd in the fuser assembly. Now it states that there is a jam at C,D. I cannot find anything, there is brown looking toner around the fuser assembly. What sensors would indicate a jam, can I reset them. Please help.

I would just buy another fuser unit. They are not that expensive.

Exactly where do you get your fuser units? They're quite expensive, unless you know something I don't.
