I have a Phaser 7760 that printed ~400 envelops through tray 1, but now jams in the fuser every time I try to print another envelope. I pulled the fuser and let everything cool overnight, but the printer is still jamming. It seems like it is not able to pull the envelope in a straight path, which is causing the jam in the fuser, but I do not know how to troubleshoot such an issue. For the sake of posting all of the info, the envelope size is 6.5" x 11". Any help would be appreciated.
