Has anyone found the cure for the error Jam at duplex unit remove duplex unit? Problem is that there is no duplex unit installed on this printer. I ordered the black u-shaped sensor board and installed it and still am getting the same error. Any ideas???

I did the exact same thing -- the problem still exist. Anyone have a suggetion please!!!
