Phaser 740 Horizontal Streaks (All colors)

We've just installed a used Phaser 740 with about 45,000 copies usage. Seems to work fine, except for regularly repeating horizontal streaks on all prints, spaced about 3" apart. I ran the diagnostics page, and the streaks appear on all the test pages for color. Have cleaned the transfer roller according to instructions (transfer roller indicates 96% of life remaining). Is there any other cure for this problem other than replacing the transfer roller? Or might something else be causing this problem? Any help is appreciated.

hi the problem can be the main charge grid in the imaging unit if the streaks are rainbow colored. It could also be the fuser if they are dark streaks.
