Previously in thread723-1382936 I received the instructions:

Remove and clean the accumulator cleaning blade clutch assembly.

I got as far as taking apart the printer so this clutch assembly is visible and I removed the retaining ring. However I am still not able to pull the assembly out. I see there is a retaining pin also at the end of the clutch shaft.

Does anyone know how to disassemble this all the way?

There is no need to answer the above question because I discovered that to remove the blade clutch assembly you remove the retaining ring at the far end of the clutch, the far end being at the front (display side) of the printer.
I am just waiting for a new clutch to come in to see if this solves the problem.
