Phaser 740 ERROR 30 on startup

Bought 740 off ebay and it came with a test print showing the correct serial number and page count, so I guess it worked when shipped. Getting ERROR 30 on startup, tried cleaning the slotted plastic sensor on the back of the case and it didnt help. Imaging unit showed 3% so I thought this might be the problem and tried another unit, no change. It did display the correct percentages for the new unit and charge grid. Any suggestions on what to try next?

Ran the diags and have more info.

1. Paper path, top tray error - ITU POSITION

2. OPC Postion - NOT HOME

3. ITU Position - NOT HOME

4. 2nd feeder door - OPEN (which door is this?)
