Phaser 7300DN 8 1/2 Duplex Error

My 7300dn does not duplex 8 1/2 X 11?
11 X 17 works fine but 8 1/2 X 11 just sends out two sheets? All the software settings are correct so guessing something to do with the duplexer? Any suggestions greatly appreciated...thanks

What paper type setting do you have it on.. If I remember rightly it wont duplex all paper types.. So test on standard paper type first. Good luck
