After the paper been printed on and exits the printer the paper does not lay down flat in the exit tray. This causes the next sheet exiting to not fully exit the printer causing a jam and the error message "jam at fuser".I notice there are some very fine brushes the paper passes thru on exit; what are their function and ca the be rplaced?
Thanks in advance
Randy

The brush is just for anti-static control. The issue of the paper not fully exiting could just be worn rollers. Clean them with a non-solvent, or just a little soapy water on a cloth. If using A4, ensure the tray is set for that.

The 2nd and 3rd etc... sheets do not fully laydown flat because the 1st sheet does not lay down flat and then they occasionaly get caught up in the rollers after they are ejected from the printer. They get caught in the rollers as the rollers are rotating around back into the printer. But I will try cleaning the rollers as you said.
Thanks
