Phaser 600 print head not warming up

We recently purchased a Phaser 600 and are receiving an error code 38 info says that the printhead isn't heating up. Does anyone know anything about this problem?
 
Printhead failed to reach its operating temperature.
Check its wiring. Replace the printhead. Replace
engine control board.
