Hey guys,

I have a like new Phaser 560. It was sold to me by the original owner and has less than 5000 pages through it. Still had the started cartridges in. Clean on the inside, trustworthy seller.

I'm getting some ghosting of the previous page when I print. I tried a new black cartridge and it did the same thing.

I have looked at the fuser rollers and they look brand new.

I read on another forum that someone took the fuser cleaner out and it was caked with toner, and that after scraping it off things got better. I can not find a fuser cleaner on the 560's fuser. Any advice?

Other than a new fuser, any other suggestions to clean up this ghosting?

You might be able to adjust the temp for the media you are using. Check the paper settings, and the maintenence settings.
