I work in a Mac enviroment and have been using the Xerox Phaser 5400 for about a year now. The other day when I would try to print to an 8.5 x 11 or an 11 x 17 it would print the images larger than what it should be. it did this in both Illustrator and Photoshop. If I saved it as a PDF it would print the right size in Acrobat. It used to work fine, but now no matter what I have tried, it won't print the correct size. Everything is huge. If anyone knows how to fix this that would be great.

Have you looked at your actual size dimesions within Illustrator or PHotoshop. Program settings might have to be adjusted. Some customers of mine have very large drawings that get scaled down when they convert to a PDF. What makes me think, its not an actual printer issue is that it worked from a PDF file in acrobat. So the data being sent to the printer is off size.

Also, another fix was to remove the printer driver from your Mac, and download and install a updated driver from Xerox's website. Once in awhile, the direct PostScript driver gets corrupted.
