hello,
sorry for my bad english, but i'll do my best.
i got a tek. phaser 360.
first it had the error 5,002.42 (0x2b03):
YA_POS_FAIL
i repaired it by replacing the two motor driver (lmd18201t) on the power board. the error came every time and while i was searching for the error they blew. i replaced them with 2 new. now the motor rotates
now i've got the following problem:
after switching on the printer it makes the test. 1st it moves the cap/purge/wipe assy to the bottom, then it centers the printhead (step motor), the process motor runs for some seconds and the drum motor (with the replaced drivers) short until i hear a sound like a smooth click in (seems to be normal)... if the maintainance assy is not in the right position (cam with solenoid and three positions on the left bottom) it will be centered by activating the solenoid for 1 or 2 times until the marker is on the top
a few seconds later i get the message "warming up" and it begins to inc. the percents... but while that it gets slower and slower... after one hour it is 60%... the first 10% are fast and then it gets slower and slower... i waited until 90%, nothing in the printer got warm. between 90% and 100% i got the error 24,003.11
i verified the heaters, all seems to be okay, all have got a resistant under 100 ohms. the power supply seems to be good, all voltages are okay. the heaters don't get power, but the supply acknoleges when i pull a heater (in the error history i can see it).
it seems that the printer wants to initialize something at the 1st percent but it can not. what about the vacuum pump??? will that run between power up and heating???
i resettet the nvram (as described in the service manual)
when i set the printer in bypass mode it shows "initializing mech." instead of the warming up message.
does anybody knows something about that error???
can i build my own service cable??? i saw it costs about 130$ but this too expensive and where can i get the diag software???
much thanks
