Phaser 350 Fault 04, 005.44:108205

Hi,

I have a Phaser 350 showing Fault 04, 005.44:108205 'Service Required'. Does anyone have the maintenance guide to hand to tell me what the cause of this error is?

Thing is, I don't want to pay through the nose for a repair (got the printer for 30 EUR) that I can probably do myself. Had I the maintenance/service guide...

Drum sensor cam positioning failure, check sensor cables and solenoide. For the sensor, try cleaning it for the solenoide try to replace it. Greetz Dany
