Phaser 350 Error 04,013.43:45463

If still relevant, codes mean:
4013: During init, unable to engage process motor
7002: Process motor stalled
Please check nothing loose, and oil joints and bearings. Process motor most probably tries to tilt the print head but no success.

check if the transport lock is engaged. release the transport lock on the right of the printer, is about 1.5 centimeter in diameter. If relaesed the processmotor could be dead, check if blocked. Remove left cover, on the up front side you wil find a black gear whit flags on it. this gear is directly conected whit the procesmotor, check if it can rotate.
