Phaser 340 Fault 06,001.42:77473

I recently acquired a Phaser 340. After it goes through its warm-up it makes a grinding noise and then it gives me a fault 06,001.42:77473 error. Does anyone know what this means. I was unable to find any help from the Tektronix/Xerox web site. Your help will be greatly appreciated

The X-Axis HOME positioning is not working properly. The error code description indicates that the sensor has failed, or something has interferred with its motion.
If youcan remove the case and ink loader, you should see if anything (including the power harness) is keeping the printhead from moving freely. Good luck!
