Phantom TN Getting Fast Busy 2

I have created the phantom TN and programmed a 500 set onto it. My call completed when calling externally to an internal number but when I call externally to an external number (DCFW is set to 81xxxxxxxxxx) I get a fast busy. I have tried all variations in the DCFW field and CLS is CFXA. I not sure what else to check.

I had a similar problem. I fixed it by changing it to FTR CFW 24 and FTR DCFW 24 818005551212

 
I changed the CLS to XFA but I'm still getting the fastbusy. Any other suggestions? Thanks.
 
I also changed the FTR CFW and FTR DCFW to 24, but same problem?
 
Just for fun change the TGAR to 0 and see it will go then.
 
I changed TGAR to 0 , and still a fast busy.
 
Three things to look at: Have you tried a different external number? Can you call this number from a phone? Do regular sets allow you to forward off site when called externally?
 
I take it that 81 is either AC1/2, If so the please post you RLI / RDB amending any string company based.

Can you call the number from your telset, Y/N
If yes then it has to be CLS / NCOS, Check the 500 set.

I also have this problem . I must delete and add the dn to recover the problem . Last I try use acd number to forward the call now still work.
 
Load 15 chg rdr enter to option prompt and put in cff. You probably have cfo.

Do a search on this forum to allow phones to forward off site.
