I'm working on a IPO 500 V2 R.11.0.0.1.0 Build 8 With J169 IP phones . The customers states that "the phones start ringing but they are unable to pick it up. Then all the phones go offline (reboot)". System status shows a Cold Start under Control Unit Audit. Has any ran into this situation?
