Phantom ring on CS1000E Rls. 7.0 & 7.5

All, I have a good one here. I have 1 CS1000E 7.0 & 3 CS1000E 7.5 systems running all 3904 and resaving phantom ring on them. The phantom ring is random, sometimes 2 or 3 phones will start ringing. The phantom ring locks up, the red light lights all keys flash, no brake in the ringing, no numbers ringing and to clear the phone is to unplug the phone to make it stop.

I have a open Case with Avaya, but I would like to hear if anyone has the same issue, if so what have you tried to fix the issue. I will welcome any ideas on a fix.

I guess you have the latest firmware downloaded onto those '3904's

Check the logs to see if there is anything resetting, possibly the superloop etc.
 
We are way past that. We have looked at all the logs we can. Its in Avaya design now. I'm looking for others that might be having the same issue and once there is a fix I will post the solution.
