I have been getting trouble calls on a phantom message light. The customers go into their respective mailbox to retrieve their meesages and they find no new messages. I am at wits end trying to figure this one out. I have removed and rebuilt some of the mailboxes with the same result, this is not a daily occurance though, but does happen periodically. This is on callpilot.
