phantom Mbox not picking up on Myvoice 250

built a phantom ext & mbox. built him as a user. am able to reach it on internal calls.
Not from a trunk. when I watch the SAD tool, the trunk is calling the extension, but VM is not picking up.
any ideas?

Why are you using a phantom ? it would be easier to use a CRA that has a digit translation with a timeout to the mailbox you require

If its not broke tweak it..

I will check that out. this is going to be a group mail box, with multiple users having visibility to it. plus no AA. So I never thought of this. will let you know tomorrow. thks

that was the ticket. thanks for your assistance. They wanted a group mail box to pick up after several layers of ringing. Also with no AA in the picture. I actually built a MBox for 2002.
