Have a customer that has a KXTD1232 with a TVS225 vmail.
The auto attendant answers all calls, when the customer dials "0" it rings Phantom extension number 8000. There are several people thta have a Phantom button that rings at their extension. (everyone answers the operator calls) I have one extension in particular that called me and said she could no longer answer those calls. She presses her button and it says button (while its ringing on the other phones) I have unprogrammed her button and reprogrammed it , swapped out phones, even changed ports. (although when I changed the ext. 8024 to a different port it started working for a few hours, then next day same thing. Only her ext. 8024 (they are all 80xx) and no matter what phone or port it is in. Any suggestions? Is there a limit on the number of extensions that have that button? Exact same programming as all other phones also. (C.O.S., buttons,etc.)
