Phantom ACD - Incorrect CFW

I'm new to the Meridian systems. I have 2 Phantom ACDs setup that are supposed to forward calls. However they periodically forward calls to the receptionist instead. I have found no pattern as of yet to the cause. Anyone else experience this?
 
Thanx! I'm still having this issue with some ACD calls being forwarded to the ATTN. I was looking over the Intercept Treatments. What defines a Restricted or Blocked call? These are forwarded to the ATTN by default. I was just wondering if the "problem" calls I'm getting fall into either of these catagories.

 
Thanx! I am still having this issue though, with "random" calls being forwarded to the ATTN. I was looking over the Intercept Treatment and wondering if these "problem" calls fell into a catagory that would force them to be forwarded to the ATTN. What kind of call would be intercepted to the ATTN and how do I check to see if these calls are being effected by this?
