Phantom abandon call timer set to ZERO?

How do I set the "Phantom abandon call timer" to ZERO?
- I had try "change system-parameters features" on p12
"BCMS/VuStats Abandon Call Timer(seconds):0"

but on CMS Supervisor still display 5 seconds

Please help

In CMS goto Tools|System Setup|Switch Setup. Select your ACD from the list, if you have more then one. Then click on the flash light (Find One) to see the settings.

I believe to change it you will have to take the CMS box in to single user mode and have the proper permissions.

I had try this way, but no success. When I change my mode to single mode and go to Switch Setup and select my ACD but cannot edit anything, even when I find it or list all. I can't edit, it just fade out
