Hi, hope someone can help as our Telco cant. Over a number of week we have been recieving phantom calls to our switch Bd operator (OWS) during business Hrs, and also to our Night Switch Pos'n after Hrs. We have tried invoking the MCT function, but our Telco reports that despite 20 or so attempts the MCT trace is not seen on there system. When we test the MCT under normal condition the feature works well, but just not when the "Public" calls are presenting. Our Call Accounting system reports the call and loggs it by time and date as an IC (Incoming Call). When our operaots pick up the call all they get is Telco Dial Tone. Interestingly enough once they have lifted the reciever and heard dial tone the can use the dial tone to make a call without having to dial "0", so it is genuinely a open dial tone. As the Telco has now whipped there hands of the problem saying the calls arnt happening I was hoping someone else could help ??
