PGP Signed emails going to Badmail folder

Hi all, hope you can help as this is driving me mad.

Have setup pgp on my pc. All works fine when sending it to different mailboxs on same exchange server or sent out. However, as soon as I send it to a mailbox on a different server but same organisation it goe's to badmail and dissapears.

Although, if I disable groupshield the email gets bounced with a 5.2.1 error 'you don't have permission' bla bla.

Any idea's anyone.
