We are playing with softphone on CCM.

When configured and launched we are unable to select an agent ID to log onto, when selecting Actions/login/agent/ there are no IDs.

I can login by selecting the softkey 'superkey' button and login in which works but options like 'set makebusy' etc does not work.

The profile we are using is unrestricted. and it is CCM 5.5.

What are we missing?
 
This was resolved - they had to properly uninistall CCC re-install due to a MiAudio problem.
