Pervasive and Crystal Reports 1

Hi,

I have a query relating to Pervasive and Crystal Reports and would be grateful for any information that you might have on this.

We currently use an antiquated dos based reporting utility to produce our reports from our Pervasive database - we are looking at using something like crystal reports and one of the questions that came up is, can Crystal produce reports based on a pervasive database and a sql server database within the same report?

We Have Pervasive Sql 7.0 in production and PSQL 200oi being brought on line, along with MS SQL 6.5(Long story, Old Accounting Package), and Crystal Reports 6.0, and 8.5 Dev, Work great. As long as ODBC are used I haven't tryed to mix native along with ODBC Connections.

I've mixed native Pervasive with ODBC to a Progress database, worked a treat.
