Personal Speed dial not working

Partner ACS R7

Add a few personal speed dial numbers to an extension however when i attempt to use the speed dial numbers IE "intercom 80" nothing happens.

What did i miss?

it is Feature 80 not intercom
and to program it is Feature 00 then Featuer 80 then the number (without the 9) then Feature 00 to get out of it again
