Personal greeting is cutting and transfered to general mailbox

On a startalk flash, (intermittent problem) on one mailbox, the greeting is cutting and transfered to the general mailbox.
I deleted and re-created the mailbox and I changed the ports of the startalk on the ksu

I is not solved the problem may be that the flash is almost dead....
i don t know

Have you tried deleting old messages? I've seen some strange things happen on Flashes when they're close to capacity. Make sure to clear out MB 100, too.

Was the voicemail greeting changed prior to the problem started? Reason I ask is... recently had a freak incident happen.

Every day I have to update my VM greeting, well one morning I ran into the problem that the pitch of my voicemail was transfering calls out of my box. I had to re-record my message three times being mindful to changing the tone (pitch) in my voice before the problem went away.

May want to give it a try.
