Personal Contact - VM Option to Connect to Cell Phone 1

Hey All,

I'm having some issues here with my Mitel 3300 ICP. I setup a personal contact for a user to forward calls to their cell phone. As long as I call from an internal phone it gets to the persons voicemail then after you press option 2 it goes to the cell phone.

If I call from an external phone I get to the VM and press option 2 again. It directs me to the cell phone and the phone will ring but it re-directs really quickly back to the auto attendant. I have tried it with various phones and it'll ring once and then just re-route back to the auto attendant.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated :)

The COS of the VM ports needs Public trunk to Public trunk connect enabled.
