Personal Address Book 1

I have a user on Notes client version 5.09 when doing a new memo thay can see the address in their personal address book, but when they open the address book to edit the person, the address is not displayed

Are you sure that the Personal Address Book on the desktop is names.nsf and that in the notes.ini there is no other name for a address book after names=
