Hi,

I don't seem to be able to give write permissions to specific folders. I need to allow some text files to be changed and uploaded. Can anyone help?

It would help if you tell us what folders and what happens when you try it.

I give write permissions to "everyone" in that folder but it still wont allow it

ok, is it a Windows or system folder or just one that you created?

You may want to look at the "effective" permissions on the security panel and put in the everyone group. Also, I find it to work better to grant write permissions to specific users or groups, not the everyone group.

Hi,

THis folder is used by an AI and has to write logs in txt files

Did you try the last message I posted? If so what are the results?

Hello,

It was a permissions settings on a temp folder thet PHP uses. All fixed. THanks!
