I am running 2003 server.

I need to make files in a folder readable ONLY.

I do not want users to be able to copy and files in this folder.

How do I do this??

Thanks in advance

u change NTFS folder ACLs accordingly. I don't see how hard it will be?!

If they can read the file, they can save the file somewhere else. By products of Windows.

Thanks guys for the help.

I realized that they could save by opening file and "save as" just like you said and that kind of killed the project for me.

I think there is a third party app that you can use to prevent this.
