Permissions on Archive Folder

I am currently trying to set permissions on a folder to allow users to read, and create (subfolders and files) but not modify or overwrite existing files. What permissions would I have to set in order to make this happen? Thanks in advance.

You could try giving read and write only. I am not sure if that will give your desired result or not.
