We have two servers: One for WEB and another one for OLAP. So that a user from asp can accede to see the data of the cubes, we have had to give to permissions to the cubes to the group "NETWORK". it works. If we tried to restrict the permissions giving access to the cubes to a user and putting its user and password in the ASP it says to us that the data base OLAP does not exist. The one that it does not control user/password in a ASP is an error reported by Microsoft whom it gives like solution to install MDAC 2,6 SP1, but we have proven it and it does not solve the problem.
Somebody knows that permissions it is necessary to put?

It is just a try to guess, may be will help you...

Are you using Connection string to OLAP server?
If yes
May be the next can help:
"Persist Security Info=True"

It is just a try to guess, may will help

Yes, the conexion is:
"Provider=msolap;Data Source=192.168.10.1;Initial Catalog =BOLAP;User ID=pp;Password=sa;Persist Security Info=True"

We have add in the connection "Persist Security Info=True" but even putting it, happens the same. We needed to give to permission to the cubes to the group " Network " so that it is possible to be acceded.

Some other idea?

Thanks.-
