Permission

Does anyone encounter this problem? Window 98 upgrade to W2k professional. The administrator have full right and everything. I try to install a winspy on this stand alone computer But it said I do not have the right permission to the windows directory. So how do i fixed this problem guy?

NTFS or FAT32? If NTFS, did you check security permissions for Windows folder? (if Administrator not there or there with limited permissions, you'll need to take ownership of the folder - and change permissions - cascading down the tree structure).

it's ntfs. The account is administrator
