I have a user who reads/responds to emails on her managers behalf. I have set up permmissions for this user in the managers mailbox for complete access.
When this user opens her managers email and replies to an email, it shows her mail address as the sender, not her managers.
What do I need to do that all emails that she responds to on her managers behalf from his inbox shows the managers email address as the sender.
Many thanks in advance

You can control this in Exchange Server. I am assuming that she responds on behalf of her manager, but instead of seeing on behalf of they would like it to look like it is coming directly from her manager.

Setup a group and add her and her manager profile to the group, then give her the premissions in outlook as well.

Good luck jbead JBead
