permission granted are insufficient when deploying report

Hello ,
I'm trying to deploy a report from a client and receive a message permissions granted for user x are insufficient for performing this operation (file x.rds) .
The user account has publishing permissions , can access the db and has also access to the reporting services in Management studio.
I'm using sql server 2005 and Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services Designers Version 9.00.1399.00

Any suggestion is welcome

Connect to Reporting services from SQL Studio manager and check the permissions from there.
