Permanentely Deleted - Can I get them back?

I recently accidentally permanently deleted my Inbox! (MS Outlook2003).

Is it possible to ever get these back?

Depends,

using Outlook with an inhouse Exchange Server gives you the option if it wasnt disabled manually by your exchange admin.

Mark your delete Items Folder -> Tools -> Recovery deleted Items. That option is only available when the "Deleted Items" folder is marked!

I dont have an inhouse exchange server. and I told see the Tools -- Recovery deleted items.

If you store your messages locally in a .pst file, you can recover the deleted information by using Ontrack EasyRecovery Professional. I have done so even after someone has formatted their hard drive.

Other than that, backing up is always a good idea...
