Hey all. We have a Lexmark C750 that is hooked into an existing windows 2000 server domain. Some machines are XP and some are running windows 98. We have so many people printing to this C750 that often times papers just get left behind and we can't figure out who the owner is. Does anyone know of a setting that can make the computer or user that printed the document appear on the bottom of every single page? That way when papers get left behind we could just walk them to who they belong to. Thanks in advance! :)

ps. I mean in every program too, not just something like word. So if they are printing from a web site, I'd like the same thing to apply

I have not seen any thing like this, that doesn't mean it is not there, just that I haven't seen it. Would banner/sep pages work for you or would they just get mixed up in the shuffle?

good luck,

Some Postscript prints have a "header" option that identifies the sender.
If the Lex doesnt have it, check to see if a PS upgrade would give it to you.
