perfos.dll timeout error

Ok i have found out that this is usually caused when you try to open the CMC and get a 527 error.
Citrix recommends rebuilding the local host cache. The docs are CTX003648 and CTX759510.
Funny thing though is that looking back through the 2K Srv Event Viewer on some days i have this error (Perflib) happen 311 times, on other days it does not happen at all.
