Hi there,

Just looking for some opinions on what the recommended file size/fps for a flash app would be (per modem/processor speeds).

Our designers want some high end graphics, alphas, animations, etc, but... we really need it functional, smooth, and we need to cater to 'below the average user'.

We're looking to have them compromise on certain aspects of the design by explaining we'll lose customers if it takes more than 30 seconds to load, or the necessary animations look chunky, etc. It would be good to have a few ideas of what to shoot for and why.

Thanks!

Oh, just to clarify... 30 seconds was an exaggeration... we're shooting for less than 10 for low end user. :)

thanks
