Performance Monitor - General Question 1

Hi There

Can anyone tell me which are the important SQLServer Counters in Performance Monitorto monitor my servers with.
I have to issue weekly statistics and have looked BOL and the Knowledge Base but I am finding the Performance Monitor a bit confusing.
Any help would be appereciated.

Note that if you are using win2000 you can save the log into a CSV, rather than the proprietary format used in NT
