We're operating on a Windows/Citrix enviroment with a sql database using Ellipse 6.3.2. We're experiencing a number of issues with timeouts and overall "slowness" of the system, compared to 5.2.3.7. Is anyone else experiencing similar issues.

I realise this is quite generic, however we want to get a feel as to whether it's our enviroment or something more general.

No but have you done a cicsget -c rd -r <region name> to check your cics settings? Have u checked your front end time out settings? How many concurrent users are us supprting using sqlserver?

I'm not technical but. I've heard there are issues with the combination of Ellipse and SQL Server, we've had problem s with user sessions picking up different user sessions adopting all the authorities of the adopted, performance issues and wotnot. Aparently there are patches that can be applied from Mincom.
