My Raid system is RAID 5,

one of the arrays has failures

i have already put a rebuild job onto the degraded array

i hope this will help

The rebuild has failed?

does this mean i have to replace the drive?

I have no idea of how RAID 5 works (my workstation is DELL, in i have DELL Open Manager).

Please i need to know how to safely remove and identify the failed array drive and how to safely replace it

thanks in advance
