Per Ext Outbound Caller ID 2

Im sure this has been asnwered before but I cannot seem to find it.

I am managing a multi-tenet use Nortel Option 11c
Version: 2111
Release: 25
Issue: 15

I need to set it up so that each extention sends out the caller ID related to the DID assigned as the inbound since we have been setup already as all calls use the defined main number.

You need to build a calling ID entry that sends out the DID number and then assign the key to that CLID Entry. That will require you changing every phone. Or you can change the entry they are already assigned to which by default is 0. When you change the CLID prompt in LD 15 at the DIDN prompt you need to say yes.

Thanks both of you for this information and the guide will be a big help. I am working on cleaning up this switch since when I started on it the system was only half used but was programmed out for 100% usage and alarms on meridian mail because of full (dead) boxes
