I have setup PeachTree 2004 Premium to work under Windows 2003 Terminal Server, yet when a user logs in to PeachTree we receive the error "Could not find the file Peachw.chm." Apparently the file it's referring to is the help file. It asks if we wants to find the file manually. If you say 'YES', it opens the PeachTree folder, we select the help file and we can get into PeachTree with no problem. If we select 'NO', it kicks you out of Peachtree. This happens every time a user logs in. No file locations have changed and the data path is pointing to %USERPROFILE%\PEACHT~1\HELP.... Any assistance would be greately appreciated...

-Thank you in advance!

We have encountered the same problem with Peachtree 2003 in a Terminal Server setting. Your bandaid solution works. Has anyone found a permanent fix.

I had a similar problem when I first setup PT on our TS. I think it was related to either the ppa.ini or bti.ini. Make sure they point to the appropriate locations for the Company Files and the Application Path.

Make sure that the "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Btrieve Technologies\Microkernel Workstation Engine\Settings\Home Directory" setting points to your user's profile either with the W: drive or a system variable. Other than these basic troubleshooting items, I can't remember. I'll look through my notes and see if I have anything else.

Hope this helps.
