So my video card's craptacular, but functional. A friend donated his old video card to me, but I've yet to install it. My question is, if I put in the new one and don't remove the old, can I do dual monitors? And which will be the default card?

The card currently in my machine is a Nvidia GeForce2... the card I was given is a Nvidia TNT2 (AGP). Let me know if you need more information.

It depends on the drivers. Most newer cards/driver should multi-display. There may be multi-display compatible driver available, if the one you have is not.

Also, if you have MOBO video, there will be a BIOS setup to select the boot video PCI(or AGP)/mobo.

...Is the current GF2 an AGP card as well?
