PDT password ?

Hi everyboy !!
I am a begineer of install norton pbx. When I install the elnk and active the link . I am try to login from this elnk . The machine show PDT : login on the pty/ptty00.S
and then need i key in password . Anybody can tell me how to bypass the password , and then use the normal login and password the same as use the tty0.

Hi Wilsontec,

It is never a good idea to post pdt passwords.
I highly recommend you to get help from a licensed vendor or Nortel directly.

By the way, what do you mean by logging in via elnk?

Instead of running a strainght RLOGIN session without a user ID, set your RLOGIN to use CPSID1110 for an ID.

This will bypass the PDT section and bring to th the X11 overlay.

Before this will work you need to build a pseudo TTY in LD 17 on an open DNUM. Without the PTY built, you will be dumped out with an error telling you that you need it. --
